My friend took the Enneagram test at the back of Richard Rohr & Andreas Ebert's book, Experiencing the Enneagram. It was surprising to me that she had FIVE scoures between 74 and 80 points. One thing I noticed was that many of her answers were either "0" (Completely disagree) OR "6", )Completely agree.) When I went over the test with her, I explained the idea of gradiations, or "on the scale of...
She understood, however, after going through the first couple of questions again out loud, she still answered in the same black or white, either or manner. After talling her scores, she is either a 1, 2, 5, 6, or 9!!! One thought is perhaps this all or nothing way of thinking is indicatitive of a specific Enneagram number! HELP! If anyone has insight into this, please let me know.
Meanwhile, I will have her look at the Enneagram test offered on this site.
