As others have commented i distrust these tests. However what would interest me about your friend is the black-and-white thinking pattern.
This might lead me to suspect 1, or as someone said, a scared 6. But this could only be the very beginning of along and rigorous process of cross matching all the aspects of the person and the enneatypes and coming up with the most coherent fit. Through this process the base motivation(s) should become apparent.
