You seem to be taking this very personally. My first thought before reading your post was, 'He's in shock, like when I was stung by a wasp and called it a bastard and felt so indignant that it had dared to sting ME, (though much of the shock was from the poison), and the first line of your post was, 'I'm in shock'. This person didn't personally have it in for you. They are just some sad nasty little person. What you lost wasn't that traumatic, surely? Have you lost something else more important that you are projecting these feelings about on to the wallet? (Pardon the poor grammar).
