I remember a long time ago reading a section in Mad which featured consumer items which fight crime. Like there was this suitcase, that if you pushed a button, long spears would shoot out from all sides. But anyways, the best one was this purse, that if it was snatched out of someone's hands, would release a lever, and a bear trap would crush the hand.
Ok here's an unpractical fantasy but god it would be fun...put a remote-activated bomb inside a wallet. Leave the wallet hanging out just a bit in view. Ride the bus. Ride it all day. Keep noticing your wallet. Once you notice it's gone, get off the bus and click the remote. :) Sure, a couple dozen innocents may be dead but you nailed that slimy dicklicker!
