Im screwed, my friends have turned against me for sum rumour about them doin ketamine and cocaine. I didnt do it. They thouht i did it to get back for them tellin peple that i did coke and ketamine. Before all this, i met the most beutiful girl ive ever me (but shes insecure and tried to kill hr self more than once) things were going great, after starting college after living as a hermit and social outcast for the last 4-5 years. Then this week, my friend decided to tell her about my lifestyle, she wont talk to me now. Iv never been this low for ages and im afraid its gona trigger another episode of poor mental health. Ive lot confidence. Im convinced shes trying to kill me, along with my so called friends. I dont wanna leave the house. Ive bought some coke and im cuttig smilie face on my arms.
