Considering, Bush Sr as a connected millionaire, was able to pull strings to get his son to pass over a line of 100,000 men, and get him a job in the Texas Air Force. (He did well, not once did Oklahoma launch an air strike on Texas on Bush's watch)
There are many more connected millionaires today, so the army might require that whatever loopholes Bush and Quayle used to get their sons safe "military" positions would be closed.
