I'd guess type 1's make and keep them, same with threes
Type 7's either don't try in the first place or have fun making the resolutions but don't follow through
Nines probably don't try to make resolutions
Fours might try to make them but get depressed if they fail
Sixes might not make resolutions for fear of failure.

How about 2's, 5's and 8's?
