Oprah's a vegetarian? I thought she just didn't eat cows or something.
Anyway, you wouldn't believe how many stories there are of ranchers and USDA inspectors and truck drivers and etc who have gone vegetarian after being a part of the animal industry. A friend of mine who is a teacher where I used to work, her dad was a cattle truck driver for years and years and finally quit and went vegetarian after seeing horrible things...just horrible...
