After a while Raz, I came to realise that life and especially business was not fair. I used to think that if you did a superior job that you would be recognised and rewarded but that is a rarity. Women have got to learn to sell themselves and network effectively - something I am not good at as I don't like playing games and prefer sincerity everytime.
I think how you look is more important than we would like to think and a young good looking man will find bosses falling over themselves to gve them opportunities and relieving experiences (and bigger pay packets). I even have noticed that when I am looking good that men in higher levels will cross the room to talk to me but if I am in my normal state, they won't give me a sevcond look. I have only observed this recently.
