No, these guys are not your typical ass kissers. They're the guys that have never had a break, but now they do. I'm happy for them in one way but feel it an unjustice that the women must take extra work load so their egos can be stroked. It's a family oriented company. "They're are big brothers!" I have four big brothers in real life, I don't need anymore!
