Wrong. I have friends with tattoos that don't show. And they don't show them off either. definately an expression of self and not something to hide behind. You may be surprised to learn this, but there are people in this world who are fully confident of themselves and who they are to a point where getting a tattoo is not a form of "hiding" behind anything but rather very clearly a form of expression.

Another thing i notice a lot is people talking about others as having a "lack of character". what the hell is that supposed to mean? that they're uneducated, don't have a high iq, believe in different things??? no human being is perfect, we all hide various aspects of ourselves to the world...whether it be by not showing ourselves to the world and hiding behind a computer all day to putting on a mask of happiness and living it up....how is one person more "full of character" than another??? oh i'm more full of character cause i'm smarter and they're just hiding behind that ink mark they got there. doesn't make any sense to me.
