Well I chose to be a Tiggy, or rather my nephew decided I was and I accepted it. Sometimes names have negative associations for us and choosing to change it means we are seeking to break away from our past - a bit like when women change their hair sometimes. Rachel has sad connotations for me, so I prefer Tiggy, which can't help but sound cheery.
