I have an 8 friend who is obsessed with Georgian Architecture and is deeply moved by good design. He will stop me on the street and make me look at an art deco sign and talk about how perfect the font is.
I don't think appreciation of beauty os purely a 4 thing. All the 8s I know care about aesthetics and have an educated appreciation of good design.
