I have run into fours who seem to have egos the size of godzilla but after watching them over a period of time you can tell that their arrogaance is just a facade/defense mechanism......deep down they are really self conscious. They are afraid someone's work will be better than theirs. That's what makes them so touchy......myself included.

I will say something of mine sucks consistently......
But when someone else says it sucks..I get offended....

Oh yuck....I hate to admit that but it is true...part of my fourish human nature. I can try to improve on it though. (:
