Troubleshooting
Note: LiveMap requires IE 4.0+ and Netscape 4.06+.
Note 2: LiveMap works best on screens of 1024x768 or higher.
- If map doesn't appear, try reloading the page.
Press SHIFT-Reload for Netscape, CONTROL-Refresh for IE.
- If sound doesn't appear after you have selected sound on
the log in box, note that on Windows NT/95/98, this applet
cannot share sound with other applications. So close other
applications that play sound, then restart the browser and
load up the applet. Else, upgrade to Windows 2000!
