Hello Jan:
You have set forth a very common sense approach. You notice that I did not say obvious, since most people seem to miss that point anyway! I like to remind people about personality types and styles; you try to use your strong points, and avoid the problems of your weaknesses/blindspots....

We all would like to have strenghts of other styles, types, etc, but of course keeping the things we like about oursleves, that we already have.... Rich
