You have made a good case for Sally being Idiosyncratic-Sensitive, but Devoted as the third main style? May I suggest something like the Idealistic Serious, instead? Sally has shown a lot of common sense; much more so than her brother, Charlie. In one famous strip, a girl comes to the front door, to talk to Charlie Brown.
