Yes he was all that, I agree. He was definately a type 8. But still, he had a notorious reputation of being agreeable with people even when he disagreed with them. He abhorred open argument and face to face conflict. To me, these traits speak more of a 9wing than a 7wing. Maybe I am confusing what the 7wing is supposed to add to the type as opposed to the 9wing. But aren't 8w7s known more for head to head conflict, and an openness for direct argumentation? Or are you saying that his agreeableness was merely an adaptive method for gaining even more control than would a lesser 8w7?
