Hello Charlie:
I would type Old Joe as a Sociopath. FDR made him the first head of the SEC ( Securities & Exchange Commission that regulates Wall Street ). Supposedly, because he had already done all the dirty tricks and knew what to look for.... Roger Morris who may someday write a second volume of a Nixon biography, claims that Old Joe had the 1960 Presidential Election stolen for his son Jack! There has been some evidence & rumors for many years, that as you report, Kennedy was in bed with the Chicago Mob....

People who have seen the 1974 movie, " Winter Kills ", know who the King Pin is that movie.... Old Joe under another name. Its alot of fun to pick out the real historical events fictionalized in the movie.... Rich
