This is about the core of typing: people can be very different by age, culture and education (and of course also sex and IQ) but still have the same 'chip in the head'.
I am ISTJ in Neo-P-IR version of Big Five but INTJ with MBTI definitions.
With Oldham I have high scores on Self Confident, Vigilant, Contrary-Leisurely, Conscientious, Serious and Idiosyncratic Styles.
