I now do workshops with people who want to get a better goal and perspective towards their future and get a job. Some are ex-junkies, ex-criminals, ex-hookers, very lazy or negativistic people, borderline personalities etc. Also a growing part of this group of people who need to be prepared to get a job they like are older people who got fired because of economic crisis.
Interesting for me to do; I am used to doing career workshops with relatively normal people (most of them anyway).
I feel that doing tests and talk is insufficient for this ' difficult' group of people. I plan to let them write the story of their life in order to get a better perspective on self and really get committed.
