Not necessarily... This logic assumes the MBTI and Enneatype are independant, which they aren't... 4s and 5s, for example, are much more often N than S - same with E and I...
So, yes, 1s can be S or N - but the proportion of S 1s will not neccesarily be the same as that in the general population...
