I am a little confused by the reference to the "Big Five questionare," but keep me posted, as I am not sure what you mean when you say that you see E4 and E9 as dominant drivers for you as an E1. E9 would be related to your type as a wing and E4 is where you would move in times of stress--is this what you are suggesting for the Morgan Freeman character?
