: Exciled CIA agent Stephen Guerin (played by William L. Petersen) finds himself in a political hotbed when he befriends the old grizzled stranger Cornelius (played by George D. Scott) on the small Dutch island of Curacao. Things heat up when several weapon trading factions (South African secret service, Chinese gang) want to settle an old score with Scott.
