I agree with you, in that there is a kind of societal bias towards enneastyles; popular culture is largely made by E3 people, so being 'busy, busy, busy' is seen in a positive light, while other enneastyles are seen as ex-centric. However the positive thing about the enneagram is that it doesn't put values on styles. I would go even further; in that many enneagram-practitioners are therapists (E2) so that their literature emphasises 'healing; free yourself from deep emotional patterns etc. I believe that every enneastyle that has been formed during many centuries of human evolution has proven itself to be valuable and functional. An enneastyle is a talent; and being extreme in a style also sometimes brings an extreme talent (Michael Jackson!). So being more extreme is not always being 'less ok'!
