[Gigi] When you are trying to convey some principles in a good format you'll have to have that STJ attached to your numbers I guess. Being an extravert would certainly help.
[Slim] The ETJs would be the most ‘natural’ bosses, I guess ….
ESTJ the so called ‘Administrator’ (more down-to-earth) and ENTJ ‘Field Marshall’ (more visionary);
also ESTP ‘Promoter’ if s/he doesn’t get too bored with the routine.
[Gigi] Covey does not seem judgmental or self-righteous to me.
[Slim] Only if you spend a weekend seminar with him!
[Gigi] I use his ideas in several places when I talk about effectiveness to groups of people.
[Slim] I like his work too and think that he did a good job sorting out the motivational
‘wheat from the chaff’, “the diamonds from the bullshit”.
[Gigi] When presenting the same things alive to a group some other traits are necessary.
[Slim] Perhaps an ‘Aggressive Id’ would help most (E3, E7, E8 – see Riso),
with ‘Compliant to SuperEgo’ types next in line in the promotion stakes (E1, E2, E6)
and ‘Withdrawing Egos’ over there in the rear (E4, E5, E9).
Covey seems to me E1 ENTJ – could be like Margaret Thatcher if given too much power!

: : M. Scott Peck (INFJ) “The Road Less Traveled”, etc.
: : Stephen R. Covey (INTJ) “The 7 Effectiveness Habits”, “Principle Centered Leadership”, etc.
