And are you saying that a company manager or a coordinator will not be able to manage a group effectively unless s/he is a 6 (or for that matter an 8, as some have posted)? Anyway, where did you get the idea that s/he is passive? S/he is "concious of needs, establishes roles and work boundaries, sees gaps and takes steps to fill them in, sets agenda, clarifies objectives, selects problems for team consideration..." Where is the passivity in the above? Is being active physical for you? Gigi
