Lately I have been reading up on the Pope. Is he a 9, 2, or 4?
He is incredibly humane, an excellent example, role model, for pushing the limits of humanity, of being humane.
He goes around asking for forgiveness and pardons for all the sins and acts of crime and pain that people (Catholics) have inflicted upon other people, such as Jews, Gypsies, etc. from decades and centuries ago. He knew and knows none of these people, and never will. He owes them nothing, never has, and never will. He's just some man who strove to take it upon himself to assume the liabilty of *all* these unknown people from all these past centuries covering nations and generations of people throught the world and history and continues to apologize for all the things they've done *as if he was the one who did them all himself*, but he never did a thing! what an honorable way to live your life. How much more humane can you get, then to take upon yourself the burdens of others and sacrifice your own ego, esteem, pride, all this in exchange for a life of humility and servitude and sacrifice? People still yell at him, scream hatred at him, mock him and he still asks for forgiveness and apologizes anyway.
Can not all types strive to reach these heights of humanity? Wouldn't that be considered surpassing the enneagram neurotic "pull" that inflicts each type?
I like him, this man, the Pope. I think it's an incredible job, highly honorable, we need more people to be like him. I think what he strives to dedicate his life to, for, and how is an example for us all to learn from.
