Sounds like a borderline, countherphobic E-6, the facial expression, also seems more bornerline like than histronic.
A borderline have a thing with beeing abandoned and rejected and might provoke this to happen, even if this is not their wish, their social antennas also tend to be less devenloped than the one of the histronic.
This could explain her boyfriends leaving so fast....
Borderlines also tend to have a paranoid streak, something a histronic seems to lack.
Just as antisocial and self confident have similareties, so does paranoid and borderline.
