+++ Yes, there is a circumplex of DSM types and the Borderline just doesn't fit; it could be found on two different places on the circumplex.
I wouldn't say that E7 is more close. I've just tested a woman who is very E4-ish; need to buy black dress etcetera; not E7 at all.....and on the other hand I've met E4 woman who are lively so that you would think they are E7s. The Borderline fascinates me too. I've an agreement with the E4 borderline woman to have a series of sessions in which I will be able to follow her for a long time to get to grips with this most elusive of all styles.......
