: : He was only comfortable in command. Whenever anyone challenged his authority, or even tried to enforce the rules themselves, he got angry and in many cases fired prefectly good teachers. He made it well known that HE was the only one in charge, undermining the teacher's authories, saying they were HIS students and no one elses. "I'm the HNIC!" Meaning "Head Nigger in Charge" His goal was to raise test scores, and he focused on that and nothing else when he took charge. He put other's personal feelings aside to get the job done. He was not scared to go into a high crime school and punish drug dealers and gang bangers. : : -Emily
