Well, Self-Confident might be the best match. It doesn't favor any particular letter, but it scores high in D, I, and C. Idiosyncratic is the opposite where the person doesn't rate well on it at all. The temperaments are obviously there. You have your D types which are forceful, strong-willed, and independent (Aggressive, Adventurous, Vigilant), your I types which are emotional, extroverted, and people-seeking (Dramatic, Mercurial), your S types which are stable, friendly, and conspicuous (Sensitive, Self-Sacrificing), and your C types which are hard-working, perfectionistic, and emotionally calm (Conscientious, Serious, Solitary). Oldham describes Devoted as being a very S style, but Millon's equivalent is much more I styled. I think this is important because it makes Oldham's system more diverse. His descriptions of Devoted and Self-Sacrificing are too much like each other. Devoteds have a high I style, while Self-Sacrificers have low I styles. -Cory
