Looks pretty much like the compensatory narcissistic personality; which can be distinguished from the enneatype E3 (phallic narcissist, MBTI Sensing; imitating succesful role models) by imagination/fantasy which drives their inflated ego perception. What I think is most characteristic of the compensatory narcissist is the difference between their apparently good self-presentation/talk and the often meagre results in a business context. They are labelled by collegues as 'nice guy to talk to in a bar but not a good manager'. Some of them think they are innovative genius; feeling angry/sad when they are not treated like a king/queen.
Comments anyone?
