After "Lek" this is the second great Dutch movie that came out recently. Great performances all aroud with especially Angela Schijf showing that she is a fabulous actress and as a great career in front of her.
The movies starts slow, but after a while it really sucks you in and you can't help to share the love, pain and dispear of the Erik and Reza.
Got see this movie now!!! Is had been compared to Turks Fruit/Turkisch Delights by Paul Verhoeven, but this movie is more enjoyable (sorry Paul)

The movie features a borderline female called Reza. All the ingredients are there: she starts a relation with Eric (who has a lady friend waiting at home), she conquers him and there is a hot beginning of love affair. During some days they are in a trance like state with much booze, love and wild sex. Reza developing pathological intense jealousy, angry acting out, self-punishment, automutilant destructiveness, pulling Eric towards her, then pushing him away, she starts scolding, loves changes into hate, hate into love etcetera. Reza thinks her breasts are too small, she gets angry when Eric looks at other womans breasts and starts mutilating her own breasts. Eric after some time can't take it anymore; tells his friend Silke 'her head was full of war…just like there was a devil inside her which wanted to destroy everything, perhaps because it was too beautifull'
