Amen on the Julia Roberts comments. Her acceptance speech gave me the dry heaves. 'I love the world! I'm SO happy!' Her idiotic comments about being 'drunk with joy' could cause a major insulin spike for millions of diabetic Amerikans. She is empty as a Cheeto(tm) and deserves nothing less than complete rejection.
What I'd like to know is why Ms. Roberts feels no need to speak to her brother, Eric, after he helped her get a start in this biz. Further, her comments about the dictionary and 'Republicans' follow 'repugnant' help no one. How pathetic that she feels courageous by IMITATING other people. She didn't call anyone on contaminated water, she simply IMITATED a woman who did.
And, she never even thanked the real Erin Brockovich in her acceptance speech. Proves she is a self-serving wench.
