This is a more vague character description than your earlier "case studies," so the standard disclaimer about "limited information" applies here even more. Yet, I won't deny myself the fun of making a wild guess... I am reminded of an E9, INTX character. Yet, I am presented not with a person, but with third-party hearsay about a person. I consider it a given fact of human nature that *all* subjective descriptions are biased in some way, whether or not the bias is conscious. It would be most interesting if you intend to describe him as another type - e.g., 5, 1, 6.
