: I will tell you this: The characters have changed over the years. It is really IMPOSSIBLE to give a DEFINITE enneagram type to each character...HOWEVER...there seems to be some dominating enneagram styles.

I agree

: : Marjorie "Marge" Bouvier 9w1
: Agree. Some episodes she is 1w9.
It just seem to me she have a strong 1-wing

: : Homer J. Simpson 6w7
: For the most part, yes. He has also displayed, 4, 7, and 9 behavior.
Give me exemple... A 6w7 can integrate or desintegrate to the type 9

: : Abraham J. Simpson ?
: 8w9
That's possible, but can you explain why ?

: : Mona Simpson 1w2
: Agree.

: : Charles Mongomery Burns 8
: I don't think he can properly be classified by the enneagram. He seems to be a 3-8 mixture, however he is VERY dependent on other people. Smithers for example, but also the "yes-men" in that episode where he loses all his riches and has to regain it by recycling.

Mostly, he's a 8. Sometime, he seem like a 3, i agree

: : Bartholome J. "Bart" Simpson 8
: Initially portrayed as a 7w8, over time is more of a 6w7. He is VERY protective and loyal. Some episodes he is a total 3 show-off who seeks admiration from classmates.

6w7 Alpha, Counter Phobic, thats possible... But bart is certainly the harder to type. Sometime he's stupid, sometime he's clever, sometime he's loyal, sometime deloyal... But most of the time, he does'nt show sign of the "fear" of the 6, unlike homer. And he make a lot of exess, even for a child...

: : Lisa Simpson 1
: Agree

: : Selma Terwilliger McClure Bouvier 2
: I think 9w8.
She's emotional, she need to fusion with some1. Most of the time, she fuzion with pathy, but sometime with lover...

: : Pathy Bouvier 8
: 8w9.
The 9-wing is certainly propable

: : Waylon Smiters 2
: Either that or 6w7. I think 2 is the better choice.
Can you explain why ? 6w7 is not an option for me

: : Principal Skinner 1
: Yes, some episodes, Six.
Agreed

: : Sideshow Bob 4
: I'm more inclined to think 3w4.
Thats possible...

: : Troy McClure 3
: Yes! The quintessential 3w2.

: : Diamond Quimby 3 or 7
: 7w6. A bit 3ish, but at heart a 7.
That's hard to discover... Im not sure

: : Moe Sislak 3
: NO WAY!!! He is 6w5 or 8w9. Very private, protective, and paranoid.
6w5 ???
8w9, maybe...

: : Lionel Hutz 3
: He's not trying to impress anybody like Troy McClure. He is a 7w6.
Right, 7.

: : Krusty 7
: Krusty is an 8w7.
Well, sometime he's so emotional, so impusive, i wonder what's his type

: While I do agree that Lisa is mostly portrayed as a One, it's still stupid to think that a 5 would "never, never" do anything like that. Sorry, but there are ALWAYS exceptions to every rule. Do you really think that ALL FIVES have to adhere to strict rules? Of course not. It's possible that a 5 would do such a thing...even if MOST WOULDN'T...there could still be some that do.

First, its not stupid. Lisa is a 1. The 5 is insecure, analytist, but he do not want to be perfect, its not his compulsion. Where a 5 will look to continue to learn, lisa look to be noted...

I understad that the enneagram is about motivation, not comportement, but it seem as unlikely she'll do that that a 6 compulsively looking to be rejected.
