Self inflating Johnny says 'I am a bronzed god', thinks he is a cross between Brad Pit and Elvis. He's arrogant, opportunistically self-serving. His grandiose self-image falls way short of his real performance, but somehow this doesn't get into his conscious mind, which keeps over-compensating. He simply can't date or impress women. Johnny is a narcissistic personality (Naranjo's E3 type)

His friend Carl seems to be a stoic, slender schizoid personality (Naranjo's E5 type).

Then there is a man whome he calls 'Dad', who behaves much like Homer Simpson, a 'big child' type: Dependent Personality (Naranjo's E9 type)
