: ++++ Prof. Belbin (UK) has observed teams in management situations for 20 years with other specialists and made an 9 type typology from behavioral observation which is the same as the 9 enneatypes (only reframed in positive words and not as detailed in descriptions). The E4 is the idea's person; because of the true originality E4's are capable of, in contrast with E7's who are collation artists; exploring and mixing things. Your responses seem to be quite representative for the common mix-ups/interpretation differences of enneatypes.
