Very interesting; did you do the test from the book? I'll have a good look at the Oldham-types and be back on this. It seems very good stuff. My problem with the 9 types is that they seem to be too limited; that many people can't identify with a type. A system which uses more types could help in that respect. The newest Oldham style called compensatory narcissistic is not yet in the book but looks E7-ish; don't you think?
