: Hi Rich,

: I think we shouldn't try to read too much into (perhaps inaccurately acted) fictional characters, in fact I think the level of analysis of 14 Oldham styles is just right. When we try to get a level of aggregation lower the risk of making mistakes perhaps becomes to big.

Hello Jan:
Jan, I'm not overly concerned with fiction or movies/videos. Trying to apply the vaious systems to real life isn't as neat.My example is my dear wife who is 2W1/ISFJ; her styles core is Self-Sacrificing & Conscientious. She also seems to have some strong aspects of the Sensitive Style, but is missng some of the rest of the Sensitive....The more detailed profiles of the ISFJ seem to be a combination of the Self-Sacrificing and Sensitive Styles ( espically in preparing for future disasters )She is exactly like Oldham's Nicole the Sensitive Mom, and is an avid reader, but doesn't day dream at all.... It just quite work out!
Rich
