Hello Jan:
Actually, we are pretty much in agreement. I use the Riso wing types as the overview and Millon & Oldham to examine traits ( Using the Personality Styles actually helps to decide what the Riso type is, since they often seem to have some traits in common ! )I agree that to break it down too much, would leave us with a couple of hundred mini traits, and no clue as to what they adde up to! Rich
