I just read over the description of anti-social disorder, and I am not seeing Smallville's Lex Luthor in it. It might better describe some comic book versions of Lex Luthor, but this one seems to be a standup guy who looks out for his friends but is also ruthless in business, sort of like General Hospital's Jasper Jax. I would say that Jax is an Adventurous style, and based on the similarity between Jax and Lex there may be more of the Adventurous style in Lex than I have noticed.

As for Anti-Social disorder, Lex may meet the first two criteria in part A if he is a criminal who hides his crimes, but he does not seem to meet criteria A(3) through A(7). He is not reckless or impulsive, he is not prone to getting into fights, he takes responsibility and seems to bear it well, and he does still seem to have a conscience. He meets B, as he seems to be a few years older than Clark, but it's unknown whether he meets C, and D depends on most of the criteria of A being met. Overall, this young version of Lex Luthor seems fairly heroic compared to the villain he is supposed to become in later years.
