compensatory narcissism

I think it's more of an E3 type. I don't know if Inventive should be a category...what is the difference between Compensatory Narcissism and Narcissism? I'm not even sure if Oldham came up with "Inventive", I have only seen a brief description of that on a site called PTypes.
