What does the 3 motivation do that would cause them to be placid or aristocratic? The three motivation is a very ACTIVE one, often giving the three a go-getter attitude.
: +++ 4w3's are indeed loud and entertaining, but aren't generally that deep, long term-consistent or fanatical with abstract idea's; which were hallmarks of Jurriaan.
My intuitive sense is that 3w4's would be, on average, a bit more loud and entertaining than 4w3's. About the abstract ideas--I'm not talking MBTI here, I'm talking Enneagram. The long-term consistency is what I'd take to represent the three in him. Threes put a lot of effort into success.
I don't type by characteristics. I type by motivations. Characteristics are guidelines that can act as hints towards the motivations, but they are very circumstantial evidence.
