Well, this type seems to be a mixture of counterphobic 6, 7, and 8 to me. They really live in the moment and go by their instincts...on the Myers-Briggs scale this is the ESTP/ISTP types.

I don't think all E7's need to be intellectual and visionary, just some of them. ENTP and ENFP E7s are more so like that, where the ESTP and ESFP 7s usually are more down-to-earth and hedonistic in their pursuits. I think Myers-Briggs type is very important along with the enneagram type, since it shows more of a person's personality. An ENFP 4 and an INFJ 4 are remarkably different.

Anyways, I would presume that the Adventurous types are mostly ESTP/ISTPs, and they can usually be 6, 7, or 8.
