Altough sadistic personalities repress their own sense of vulnerability, inferiority and hopelessness, they are surprisingly sensitive to such cues in others. Milosevich adressed overt verbal insults to legal prosecuter Carla del Ponte, he insulted her in the crudest form; saying that what she said were the words of a debilized 4 year old child. M. tried to humiliate her publicly; make her feel resistant, incompetent, flawed and stupid. M. also specializes in creating embarrasing situations at the court of Justice in The Hague; testing the courts reactions. M. also despized sentimentality; not being impressed by video takes about horrible crimes. M. is clearly a pressure cooker; easily angered and lashing out, becoming hostile, wildly gesturing, hurling insults and ready to explode at any moment.
