Thank you all so much for sharing your thoughts, views...it takes a lot of courage..even anonymously!
I've found that, in order to be productive (even in my business, which demands a sort of free-wheeling creativity)I absolutely have to focus, while simultanesouly, allowing the feelings, thoughts, whatever, to kind of flow through me..when my partner (who is also a 4) and I connect on an assignment, this.."Creative Gestalt" starts, and the results can be quite dramatic..as long as we don't belittle them for being too "simple".
Some of you who are sharing stories about difficult bosses and work environments touch me very deeply. What worked for me was finally "defining", then finding (actually creating), an environment that felt centered too me, irrespective of money, or prestige or whatever...and boy, did I stub my toes plenty of tims to do it...but, so far, it's worked...thnaks for listening...
