For me:
1. Religions address/support spiritual formation by posing questions and,
in some cases, answers about numinous aspects of existence. (who made
the world, why are we here, is there an afterlife, etc.)
2. Spirituality is a reflection/manifestation of how one:
a. connects/relates to self
b. connects/relates to others
c. connects/relates to the universe
3. Creeds declare the beliefs inherent in one's spirituality.
4. One journey, many paths.
