There is no division between body/soul/spirit/mind/etc. A human being is much more than what you are trying to describe. It is a whole. The universe is a whole. None of the above, however you may define it, can exist without the other. Everything is interactive and interdependent.
So, I might add, do not lose time with descriptions and efforts to "get in touch with the Spirit," etc. Just live your life to your fullest in this world, with your body, personality, mind, soul, spirit, whatever label you can attach to parts of your being. Love and be loved!
